Special Visit from Secretary of Public WelfareOn April 19, Pennsylvania Secretary of Public Welfare, Estelle B. Richman, visited the households at Garden Spot Village. Senator Mike Brubaker and Gordon Denlinger accompanied Secretary Richman on a tour of the households given by Steve Lindsey. Secretary Richman was impressed with the new model of skilled care being offered by Garden Spot Village.
