2. Q. Who are these apartments designed for?
   
   A. They are ideally suited for people born before 1946 who are "on-the-go" - whether that means you're an avid traveler, working out of your home part-time, have a boat on the Chesapeake, like to take off in your RV, love taking in cultural events or just like being active and involved in the community. The studies and third bedrooms are ideal for Home Offices or artist/craftsperson studios. Of course high-speed internet is available.
3. Q. What type of people are reserving the apartments?
   
   A. One of the great things about life at Garden Spot Village is the diversity. People who live here are from all walks of life, from all regions of the country. They may have different backgrounds, but they all share a desire to live in a friendly community. The Village Square Apartments are no different. The youngest person to reserve an apartment so far is 63. Many reservation-holders are from West Chester and Delaware counties in Pennsylvania. Others are coming from Washington State, Florida, Maryland and Delaware.
4. Q. How many apartments do you have currently and how many Village Square Apartments will there be?
   
   A. There are currently 232 apartments, plus 72 new Village Square Apartments. The Village Square Apartments are at least 200 square feet larger than any of the existing apartments. There are 12 three-bedroom, 30 two-bedroom with a study, 28 two-bedroom and 2 one-bedroom Village Square Apartments.
5. Q. How many floors will there be?
   
   A. There will be 6 floors of apartments plus underground parking, providing a unique combination of spectacular views and uncommon convenience.
6. Q. How many different floor plans can I choose from?
   
   A. You have 11 floor plans to choose from that include: three bedrooms, two bedrooms and a study, two bedrooms and one bedroom.
7. Q. Do you have covered parking and what about my second car?
   
   A. Many of the Village Square Apartments come with one underground parking space. For those parking outside there are assigned parking spaces. Second vehicles can be parked in any of the unassigned parking spaces.
8. Q. How many elevators are there?
   
   A. There are two elevators: one at each end of the wing that goes from the underground parking garage to the top floor.
9. Q. What type of customizations can I make?
   
   A. You have many upgrade options and choices to suit your tastes. Choose from a vast selection of floor coverings plus color-coordinated interior design packages.
10. Q. What are the kitchens like? I love to entertain and my kitchen is important.
    
    A. The Village Square Apartments give you maximum flexibility to create the right look for your kitchen. Locally manufactured, custom-made, solid wood cabinets and Corian® countertops are standard in all kitchens, as are top-grade appliances. You may also select from a variety of options to meet your needs. In addition, upgraded kitchen design packages include such features as islands, glass front cabinets, designer lighting, granite countertops, and computer workstations.
11. Q. How many bathrooms are there in the Village Square Apartments?
    
    A. All apartments come with two full baths with a laundry. You can choose between showers and tubs or upgrade to a whirlpool.
12. Q. Are fireplaces available?
    
    A. Gas fireplaces come standard with the Ellsworth. Other models can be upgraded with electric fireplaces.
13. Q. How many apartments are still available and how do I get one?
    
    A. The Village Square Apartments are selling quickly, so call 717-355-6027 to check on current availability. It is always advisable to visit and experience Garden Spot Village for yourself, but we also work with people from around the country via telephone and e-mail. 14. Q. When do you anticipate the Village Square Apartments will be available for occupancy?
    
    A. We expect move-in to be the Fall of 2008
