1. Q. What is different about the Village Square Apartments?
   
   A. The Village Square Apartments offer unparalleled views of Lancaster County's picturesque Mill Creek Valley and Welsh Mountains. But the view is only part of the story. The Village Square Apartments are located at the heart of the campus, so it has never been easier to get to the pool the fitness center, the bank, the café, the park, the outdoor gardens... anywhere you want to be. Plus, you don't have to worry about lawn care, snow removal or home maintenance, so life at the Village Square Apartments leaves you free to focus on the pursuits that appeal to you.
2. Q. Who are these apartments designed for?
   
   A. They are ideally suited for people born before 1948 who are "on-the-go" - whether that means you're an avid traveler, working out of your home part-time, have a boat on the Chesapeake, like to take off in your RV, love taking in cultural events or just like being active and involved in the community. The studies and third bedrooms are ideal for Home Offices or artist/craftsperson studios. Of course high-speed internet is available.
3. Q. What type of people are reserving the apartments?
   
   A. One of the great things about life at Garden Spot Village is the diversity. People who live here are from all walks of life, from all regions of the country. They may have different backgrounds, but they all share a desire to live in a friendly community. The Village Square Apartments are no different. The youngest person to reserve an apartment so far is 63. Many who live there are from West Chester and Delaware counties in Pennsylvania. Others came from places like Washington State, Florida, Maryland and Delaware.
4. Q. How many apartments do you have currently and how many Village Square Apartments will there be?
   
   A. There are currently 232 apartments, plus the 72 new Village Square Apartments. There are 12 three-bedroom, 30 two-bedroom with a study, 28 two-bedroom and 2 one-bedroom Village Square Apartments. Only 14 are still available. You could be one of the Fortunate 14 to own one of these apartments.
5. Q. How many floors will there be?
   
   A. There are 6 floors of apartments plus underground parking, providing a unique combination of spectacular views and uncommon convenience.
6. Q. How many different floor plans can I choose from?
   
   A. There are 3 floor plans remaining to choose from, the others are sold out.
7. Q. Do you have covered parking and what about my second car?
   
   A. Many of the Village Square Apartments come with one underground parking space. For those parking outside there are assigned parking spaces. Second vehicles can be parked in any of the unassigned parking spaces.
8. Q. How many elevators are there?
   
   A. There are two elevators: one at each end of the wing that goes from the underground parking garage to the top floor.
9. Q. What type of customizations can I make?
   
   A. You can choose carpets and vinyl at no extra charge. A quote wil be prepared for other customizations.
10. Q. What are the kitchens like? I love to entertain and my kitchen is important.
    
    A. Locally manufactured, custom-made, solid wood cabinets and Corian® countertops are standard in all kitchens, as are top-grade appliances.
11. Q. How many bathrooms are there in the Village Square Apartments?
    
    A. All apartments come with two full baths with a laundry.
12. Q. Are fireplaces available?
    
    A. Gas fireplaces come standard with the Ellsworth. Other models can be upgraded with electric fireplaces.
13. Q. How many apartments are still available and how do I get one?
    
    A. There are 14 available. We can have your apartment ready in 30 days.
