When you place a deposit on a Village Square Apartment you will Earn 3% Annual Interest from the day of deposit until the day of settlement credited toward your entrance fee.
Prices start at $175,000 and monthly fees will be approximately $1,600 per couple.
There are a variety of financial plans to choose from including 75% and 90% refund plans. Plus we offer a 50/50 plan which is an equity sharing type of plan where you get 50% of the increase in value of your apartment.
