There are a variety of financial plans to choose from including 75% and 90% refund plans. Plus we offer a 50/50 plan which is an equity sharing type of plan where you get 50% of the increase in value of your apartment.

Guaranteed Equity Program - Limited Time Offer
Garden Spot Village will guarantee the equity in your house. If it doesn't sell in the agreed upon time period we will write you a check and become responsible to sell it.

Installment Program - Limited Time Offer
Need more time to sell your home? You can make installment payments on your Village Square Apartment. All installment payments are credited toward your entrance fee after your house sells.
