The Fortunate 14 are those fortunate families or individuals who will make one of the final 14 Village Square Apartments their home.  Out of 72 only 14 are still available.

If the economy and the housing industry hadn’t slipped all the Village Square Apartments would be occupied by now. From the optimist’s point of view the economy has done a favor for 14 people.

You may ask why these 14 are so Fortunate? The reason is because Garden Spot Village has a Future Resident waiting list which is typically several years for our properties with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Occasionally, we will experience a temporary market adjustment like we've just experienced and some people may be able to take advantage of a window of opportunity and move quickly but for the most part there is a waiting list for those who wish to move to Garden Spot Village.
