Our luncheon seminars are not only informative, participants say they are a lot of fun because you get to meet and experience the camaraderie and friendliness of the people who live here. Follow the Special Event Signs once you get on campus and come to the Visitor Center at Village Square for a generous welcome, to sign-in and get your information pack. You'll want to arrive around 10:15 a.m. for the luncheon seminar and we'll direct you to the chapel where you can get a cup of coffee or tea and settle in for the presentation.

Feature Presentation
People find our Look and Learn seminars very helpful and informative. You'll discover all the amazing characteristics of Garden Spot Village dating back to the opening of the doors a little over 15 years ago. A seven (7) minute video provides insight into the lifestyle. It's followed by a discussion that highlights the uniqueness of our living options and properties and how they respond directly to the contemporary requirements of individuals and families who are at least 62, for example open floor plans and plenty of space for entertaining. The wrap up discussion includes a review of your choice of eight financial plans that include a 90% refund as well as an equity sharing option. Given today’s real estate market you may also be able to take advantage of our Installment Program until your House Sells.

Lunch & Dinner
The lunches prepared by the Garden Spot Village dining team get rave reviews. Start off with soup and salad followed by your choice of Carved Tenderloin or Coconut Shrimp and a vegetable blend. Finish off with a visit to the scrumptious desert bar and coffee or tea.

In addition you will have the chance to meet with and talk with people who live here to get a better sense of what the Garden Spot Village lifestyle is all about.

Tour
After lunch a resident will take you for a tour that includes a visit toa model so you can see the level of quality that goes into all our apartments and houses. Plus you'll get to see our world class pool and fitness center, hair salon, computer cafe, dining venues and more. Feel free to stop and talk with residents along the way

Next Steps at Your Discretion
After the tour the marketing team will be available to answer any additional questions you might have. You can reserve an available house or apartment if you wish and we'll hold it for you during the financial evaluation process. At the very least you will probably want to follow up with an application and join our Future Resident List if you have not already done so.
