Hello and Welcome to Endeavor – a monthly video update from Garden Spot Village, where you will discover the abundant opportunities you have to live with purpose in community.

I’m Juanita Fox, the director of media experiences and storytelling. Thank you for joining us this month for Endeavor.

Today I’m outside the Garden Spot Wellness Center. We recently upgraded our wellness app to Virtuagym and introduced new equipment including the NuStep Transitt – Garden Spot Village is the first gym in Pennsylvania to have this innovative new machine. Just another one of the perks you get when you live or work at Garden Spot Village.

February offers a number of opportunities for you to visit Garden Spot Village. First, the Garden Spot Village Woodshop is hosting the 11th annual Bird House Display and Silent Auction in the Village Park. Now through Thursday, February 28, if you stop by the Village Park, you will discover a collection of unique bird houses in a variety of sizes and shapes, made from a variety of materials. All proceeds from the silent auction will benefit the Garden Spot Village Benevolent Fund.

Spring is just around the corner and with it, the Garden Spot Village half marathon and 10K on Saturday, March 28. The course features the rolling countryside and Amish farms that sets our race apart. Also, ELANCO Public Library is our brand new partner for the kids marathon on Friday, March 27. Visit gardenspotvillage.run for all of the details and to register.

February is full of opportunities at Garden Spot and you can find details for the events I mentioned earlier, plus everything else that is going on in the February Issue of the Garden Variety, which we just posted on the events page of the website.

This has been Endeavor from Garden Spot Village, where you will discover the abundant opportunities you have to live with purpose in community.

I’m Juanita Fox and I hope to see you soon.
