Hello and Welcome to Endeavor – a monthly video update from Garden Spot Village, where you will discover the abundant opportunities you have to live with purpose in community.

I’m Juanita Fox, the director of media experiences and storytelling. Thank you for joining us this month for Endeavor. Today we are in the Garden Spot Village library. Volunteers keep the library running smoothly—processing new books and returning borrowed books.

One of the highlights of February at Garden Spot Village is the annual Bird House Display & Silent Auction. Because we have limited guests on our campus right now and an abundance of creativity and birdhouses, our event is going virtual! While we will still have birdhouses in the Village Park for resident and guest bidding, you can find the online auction through a link on the home page of gardenspotvillage.org.

If 2020 taught us anything, it taught us to value our space. Our Sales Team will be hosting a series of Webinars on Wednesdays in February. During these sessions you can learn more about topics like right-sizing your space, what you need to know before you sell your home and how you can find freedom from your stuff. To learn more, call 717.355.6000.

It’s hard to believe we are just weeks away from the 2021 Garden Spot Village Half Marathon, 10K and Kids Run! We are still planning to host an in-person race—with lots of precautions in place to keep our runners and residents safe. If you want to learn more or are interested in running with us, register online at gardenspotvillage.run.

We just posted the February issue of the Garden Variety on the Events page of the Garden Spot Village website. At this time, events are only available for residents. But – we invite you to take time to look through the monthly magazine to learn more about Garden Spot Village.

This has been Endeavor from Garden Spot Village, where you will discover the abundant opportunities you have to live with purpose in community.

I’m Juanita Fox and I look forward to seeing you again soon.
