Hazel\, Harry’s wife\, models being a happy care partner. Our monthly gatherings will give us time socialize\, share our journeys and laugh together. We will also focus on how to live a happy\, purpose-filled life with a dementia diagnosis\, give you hope and encourage building new dreams together.  \n\n\n\n\n\nAnyone living with a dementia diagnosis and their care partner is welcome to this inclusive event.
