The Garden Spot Village community welcomes Steve Muller to the leadership team as chief operating officer. Steve has a background engineering and ministry/leadership studies. 

Garden Spot Village has named Steve Muller, of Lititz, as its chief operating officer. In this position, Muller is responsible for overseeing many facets of the organization, ranging from facilities, housekeeping and campus services, to dining services, to Garden Spot Village at Home and on-campus adult day services, to volunteer services, life enrichment and wellness.

"We are excited to have Steve Muller join the team at Garden Spot Village," said Steve Lindsey, chief executive officer. "His professional and educational background brings a unique collection of skills to the position that will benefit both residents and team members. His heart for service, alignment with our mission, and passion for excellence make him a great fit with the organization."

Muller's broad base of experience includes strategic planning for faith-based non-profit organizations, as well as team management, executive coaching, business development, organizational development, sales and marketing and project management across a wide range of industries. In 2003, he established Cogito USA to provide business consulting and executive coaching services to the engineering and construction trades. Most recently, he served as client development representative and manager at Larson Design Group in Lititz.

He says he looks forward to working with the team at Garden Spot Village.

"Steve Lindsey has a great vision for the organization and a strong grasp on where the industry is and where it's going," said Muller. "The staff are experts. They make it happen, and I'm just here to help them succeed."

Muller holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and a master's degree in ministry/leadership studies, with an emphasis in financial stewardship, from Lancaster Bible College.

He currently serves on the Elder Board at LCBC Church and is also a member of the Corporation for Lancaster Bible College. He recently served on board of Associated Builders & Contractors, Keystone Chapter.
