Today, Sycamore Springs is moving into its next chapter. For this phase, we drew inspiration from Serenbe, a planned community near Atlanta, Georgia, and from the feel of small-town planning and European architecture. The expansion builds on the same ideas that shaped the original neighborhood: variety, walkability, green spaces and places where people naturally connect. You can already see that taking form in the Villas, the Beacon Apartments, the plaza, and tree-lined streets designed for walking.
Rather than a cookie-cutter design where every home looks and feels the same, the Villas offer a sense of individuality. Buildings follow the curve of the street, and nearly every home has its own floor plan. The neighborhood is designed for individuals and couples, 55 and older, who value originality within community.
In the current expansion, rooftop terraces in the Beacon Apartment Building, along with private balconies and patios in the Villas, offer comfortable places to relax, enjoy the outdoors and take in sweeping views for miles.
Small gardens tucked between the buildings create natural outdoor gathering spaces to host tai chi or yoga classes, drink coffee with a friend or just relax.
A future phase of Sycamore Springs will include additional dining, shopping and community spaces, as well as unique apartment living. As the community continues to expand southward, community inspired living will continue to take shape in exceptional and engaging ways.
