About the Author:

Gregory J. Scott is the co-founder of RLPS architectural firm in Lancaster, Pa. He has been researching and teaching the community about C. Emlen Urban’s life and architectural legacy for over 20 years. Urban Legend is a 200+ page book which tells a story about Emlen Urban like never before. Along with Lancaster’s architectural masterpieces that left an impact on the town.

Urban founded his architectural firm one hundred forty years ago in Lancaster City, and he designed every notable building during that time between 1885 and 1935, yet no book has been written about him or the impact he had.
