I’m Scott Miller the Chief Marketing Officer. Hey, thank you for joining us this month for Endeavor.
Events and engaging activities at Garden Spot Village continue to be available exclusively for residents at this time because the health and wellbeing of the people who live and work here are a top priority.
While life looks different people are still engaged and living with opportunities and purpose. You might be interested to know that 23 families have moved in since June: 9 have move to an apartment, 6 to a cottage and 8 into their new Sycamore Springs home.
You are probably aware that the housing marketing is booming. It’s a great time to sell your house. There are 5 Sycamore Springs homes that will available for move-in later this year. Or if you’re thinking smaller there are a few studio and one bedroom apartments available. The Garden Spot Experience and lifestyle could be yours if you are 55 or over. I just recently approved applications for people who were between the ages of 56 and 73, all baby boomers. Feel free to give us a call or e-mail us to learn more and schedule a visit.
A quick story. I bumped into a couple last night who were on their way to The Harvest Table for dinner. Interestingly, for those of you on the radar screen, they had been at the top of the radar for a carriage home. They moved to their new Sycamore Springs home in June and I asked them how it was going. They immediately jumped in, telling me how much they loved it, what a good decision it was, how they are getting involved in the community and that 3 of their friends are interested in joining them at Sycamore Springs.
That same thing goes for the people that moved to an apartment or cottage. The most common thing people say once they live here is that it is the best decision they ever made and if they had it to do over again they would do it sooner – Because what they discovered is, that while the house is important – being a member of the community is the biggest advantage. And they would have been more flexible with their options so they could have moved sooner. All that to say we only have 12 Sycamore Springs homes left and I’d love for one of them to be yours.
As you can probably know. I love Garden Spot Village and I’m thrilled when people move in and I’d love for you to join us, especially if you are on the radar because you are already invested in the community.

We just posted the September issue of the Garden Variety on the Events page of the Garden Spot Village website. As I mentioned at the beginning – at this time, events are exclusively for residents but it gives you a sense of the types of things you can get involved with when you live here.
