Hello and Welcome to Endeavor – a monthly video update from Garden Spot Village, where you will discover abundant opportunities to live with purpose in community.

I’m Colleen Musselman, director of Life Enrichment. Thank you for joining me this month for Endeavor.

The weather is feeling crisp and at Garden Spot Village, we are enjoying the beauty of autumn colors. Raking those beautiful leaves is not a worry if you live at Garden Spot. The friendly staff takes care of cleaning the leaves for you so that all you need to do is sit back and view the red, orange and yellow of the season.

Speaking of seasons, Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holiday seasons. I love family, friends and, of course, the food. Garden Spot Village shines in food service! The Thanksgiving meal is scrumptious! If you’re inviting family but want a break from cooking, Garden Spot’s Dining Services provides a special to-go Thanksgiving meal. It’s just one more example how living at Garden Spot Village frees you to enjoy life.

What follows Thanksgiving? Christmas of course! As a faith-based community, Garden Spot offers a Christmas season packed with opportunities. From the Christmas Tree Lighting, to the Live Nativity and even a trip to New York City to see the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, it’s a season above all others!

Lancaster County’s Best Kept Secrets 12 Shops of Christmas Tour is a jolly way to explore Lancaster County. Garden Spot Village is proud to be a participant, December 2-11. Pop-Up Shops, discounts and more await you when you choose to make Garden Spot one of your stops along the tour route. Tickets can be purchased by visiting the Resident Services desk.

We just posted the November issue of the Garden Variety on the Events page of the Garden Spot Village website. At this time, events are only available for residents. But – we invite you to take time to read the articles and learn more about Garden Spot Village.

This has been Endeavor from Garden Spot Village, where you will discover abundant opportunities to live with purpose in community.
