Garden Spot Village Recognized as BEST by U.S. News & World Reports

Garden Spot Village is the only retirement community to receive the distinctive “Best” status for four categories in Pennsylvania and, based on the number of badges and ratings, ranks 2nd nationwide.

NEW HOLLAND, PA. – April 16, 2024 – Garden Spot Village has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a 2024 “Best” Independent Living, Personal Care, Memory Care and Continuing Care Retirement Community. Garden Spot Village is the only retirement community to receive the distinctive “Best” status for four categories in Pennsylvania. Based on the number of badges and customer rating, Garden Spot Village ranks 2nd nationwide.

Garden Spot Village earned “Best” status by achieving the highest possible rating for Independent Living, Personal Care and Memory Care. The “Best” Continuing Care Retirement Community Badge was awarded because Garden Spot also received the highest ratings by U.S. News & World Reports for Skilled Nursing in November 2023. U.S. News awards the designation of Best Senior Living only to those communities that satisfy U.S. News’s objective statistical assessment of each senior living community’s performance from consumer satisfaction surveys administered between April 2023 and November 2023. More than 3,500 communities met the criteria and 1,703 were recognized as best in one category. Of those 1,703 only 57 were recognized as Best Continuing Care Retirement Communities.
